He has hosted game shows for Meta, Google, Hanes, Subway, T-Mobile, Express and many more. His mission is to help adults discover the power of playing for a living and how to avoid burnout, quiet quitting, or a midlife crisis.
This conversation was a great one because the best way to make friends is by having fun with people. Relationships at work, school, or life in general are great places to have fun and laugh. Oftentimes people think work should be all work and no play, but as Mike explains, being able to laugh a little will actually result in higher job satisfaction, higher productivity, and a greater sense of team comradery.
